This does not work, do not waste time nor the funds. I purchased this, never worked. Customer service sent out another heating core, still does not work. $ down the drain. Do not buy this

Not sure what has happened in the past 6 months, but there is definitely a supply chain issue! We have been using these machines for years with relatively no issues; however, in the past 6 months every single machine we have ordered has had either the power or heat switch go out. We have been buying switches and replacing them with some success. Sometimes the switch works well and other times it will smoke or spark and the whole machine has to be thrown out. Super frustrating especially when our business relies on these products!

liked the more compact version 21inch verses 28inch bowl. also love the snaps to base so vibration doesn't make bowl move when spinning. The solid stainless vowl is nice too,old version floss went through to base so had to clean that out as well so this is easy clean up!

We used it 5 times, and the last time the heater stopped working, haven’t been able to make cotton candy since. Bought replacement parts, had installed and it still halfway heats and the cotton candy melts within 3 min.. entirely disappointing.

After using this product for about 15 minutes, it stopped powering on and customer service was no help. Complete waste of money. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing as I see so many others have had issues with this machine as well.

Cheap made machine. I used it two hours a week for maybe 4 month's then the control switch quit working.
