I returned this un-opened. After I ordered it I found there were little to no replacement parts available for this model. I really prefer to have some replacement parts on hand and less down time.

This does not work, do not waste time nor the funds. I purchased this, never worked. Customer service sent out another heating core, still does not work. $ down the drain. Do not buy this

Not sure what has happened in the past 6 months, but there is definitely a supply chain issue! We have been using these machines for years with relatively no issues; however, in the past 6 months every single machine we have ordered has had either the power or heat switch go out. We have been buying switches and replacing them with some success. Sometimes the switch works well and other times it will smoke or spark and the whole machine has to be thrown out. Super frustrating especially when our business relies on these products!

This particular item can produce up to two cones per minute and does so by streaming the floss right through the top of the spinner head. You will need to catch it with the cotton candy cones as it comes out of the top of the spinner. For added convenience, the Carnival King Floss Bubble (sold separately) features a wide cutout that better directs the floss for easy serving and will also protect against germs and airborne debris.
