This Carnival King 382PSM29 bowl lock thumbscrew knob is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on single, double, and triple 1.6 and 2.6 gallon granita / slushy machines. The thumbscrew knob is used to secure the bowl to the machine base, and is removed when you want to take the bowl off for cleaning or maintenance. If a screw is missing or broken be sure to replace it promptly.
