The machine worked for about 30 seconds. When I called they told me one of the reasons could be the ice was too cold and that I should boil water and then make ice, except if you get one of these machines you’re trying to serve it to 100s or thousands of people. Then if it’s opened, they wouldn’t return it so I received the store credit.
Frequently AskedQuestions
For better ice, first, boil the water to remove any excess gases, then let it cool slightly. Next, pour warm water into the mold without the lid. Avoid freezing at the coldest temperature; a slower freeze is best. Before using the ice, temper it to room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
