it works well while it works, but it stops working after one year. One side went out shortly before the warranty expired, we placed a claim and the warranty company will do everything possible to deny the claim. They even test your mix to look for anything they can use to deny you. Then about 3 weeks later the other side went out too. probably will need to buy a new one.

I have had this for 2 years and all 3 of the slushy machines or cylinders have not worked. I put a request for the item to be fixed because Inpaid for extra warranty. They wont send anyone, they want me to find someone to fix it. I do not know anyone who can. So it just sits there empty. I dont know what to do to fix it!

Cannot recommend this machine. After 8 months of use the motors fail. Overall build quality is subpar. Great for a short term use but definitely would not consider for long term investment. Spend a little more to buy from a MFG with a longer established and better reputation.

What a headache! Not durable! In under a year I’ve had to replace both motors. I have done maintenance as it should be and they still broke. As you can see from the video, the motor on the left is out again! Not reliable! I’m guessing the other motor will go soon! :(

Not worth the money or headache. Even if you clean it all the time and lubricate all parts as needed the unit will fail. Bad design on motors I guess. Just a pile of junk in my garage now.

This machine is Trash. My first one went out the sent somebody to fix but that didn’t work. Then sent a second one and it’s the same exact problems but now my warranty went out. Please take this off the market because yall know this product is terrible and yall continue to sale it after knowing. Says a lot bout the Company/Anything for the dollar. Ijs

Was hesitant at first but I'm glad we bought this Carnival King makes great machines better than BUNN in my opinion
