I have never try tamarind syrup before and this was my first experience. Taste like kind of sweet, tart, and sour. Very exotic flavor. I made an amazing margarita with this syrup.

When i ordered tamarind i didnt know what to expect from the flavor, however i was flattered. The flavor was perfectly sweet. Not overpowering at all.

I love the price and quality of all the Carnival King snow cone syrups. They are great for our stand at the fair. The tamarind is sweet and sour creating a great balance between the two. A great and hard to find snow cone syrup.

It is sweet and sour witch i like but the flavor need to be alittle more stronger. I buy this product to make Diablitos witch is a mexican snowcone (tamarind, chamoy, lime and powder tajin). Syrup wasnt strong enoght to over come the flavor of the other ingradients like it supost to .

This definitely has a good sweet and sour taste to it. That tamarind flavor does well compliment the cold icy snow cone treat. It is a unique one.
