Product Features
Each side features two aluminum grids with a non-stick coating, allowing you to create waffles up to 7" in diameter while providing a clean release that allows guests to enjoy every last bite! Its efficient cooking system combines with a rotating design to ensure the consistent, even baking of up to (40) 1 1/4" thick waffles per hour. The temperature is adjustable up to 445 degrees Fahrenheit and, with bright orange indicator lights, it's simple to identify when the unit is heating up. Conveniently located lighted green switches always lets you know when this waffle baker is powered on and, thanks to its heavy base and non-skid feet, you can be sure this unit will stay in place when in use. The removable drip tray catches overflow to keep your countertops presentable and expedite cleanup. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

We are on our 3rd or 4th Waffle Maker since opening 2 years ago... works great at first, then "non-stick" coating starts to stick. We use NON-aeresol "Vegalene Waffle-Off Grid Iron Release Spray" like they recommend, and that gets us about 6 months out of it - then it gets so built up (even after trying to clean it) that we end up having to get a new one. Waffles start to stick and black pieces start breaking off into the waffles. If there were better options for spray, or how to clean it, we could probably get more life out of it!

We have purchased 6 of these over the last year. Everyone of them have had issues with the top left plate going out, they are lasting about 6 months, just long enough for the warranty to no longer be effective. If you purchase these, I recommend getting the extended warranty.

I’ve bought quite a few of these machines. We make about 25-30 waffles a day and unfortunately this machine just doesn’t keep up. After 3 months, both sides have peeling Teflon and I don’t know why this is happening so often. It’s unfortunate that such a high price commercial piece of equipment can’t keep up with my restaurant’s needs.

This waffle iron works well so far. However, it has never been non-stick. We've had to use spray oil on it from the beginning.

Makes great waffles, just needs to be replaced frequently. We've been using these for years in our brunch cafe, and they make great waffles, but we can never seem to get more than 6 or 8 months out of any one unit before something goes wrong. The plates are not removable for cleaning, so unfortunately its impossible prevent buildup even when using the correct spray oil on them. The latest unit we got seven months ago produced 3,000 waffles before the wires leading to the heating elements started shorting out every time it was opened, which works out to about 10¢ per waffle for the machine which is not too bad. This this the first time we got the extended warranty, so hopefully that helps. I wish they made them cleanable and easily repairable (it's really not, I've tried), but this is the best deep begin waffle maker I've found so far...
