3.5 Qt. Warmer with Pump

I actually cannot stand this fudge pump. The caramel NEVER stops leaking out. It’s constant, all day, losing product, making our counter sticky. Could not be any more irritating!!!! I’m going to try a different product inside and see if it’s still just as annoying but wow, for almost $ I can’t be bothered!

Struggles to pump hot fudge. Water goes through fine, but with hot fudge the pump is too difficult to push for several of my employees. Unfortunate because I bought two of these. One is still in an unopened box if anyone wants the same frustration we have experienced. :(

Great equipment for cost. Without the spout warmer the cheese will be colder but if it is used often that issue is irrelevant.

Pretty bad item. The pump doesn't reach to the bottom of a #10 can, so about 2" of fudge is left on the bottom. You can't scrape the fudge into the next can because the next can is 100% full, so you have a can in the fridge waiting to be put into another can at some point. The pump itself is all plastic and does not come apart. To clean it, you have to use a screwdriver to take out a small plastic screw at the bottom and use a spray nozzle from the sink to blast out any stuff inside. The screw is plastic. The worst is that the nozzle is bent forward for some reason, and when the pump runs out, it will shoot about two tablespoons of fudge directly at you. It's like Russian roulette each time you use it. You always know the fudge ran out when you see someone with fudge shot all over their shirt. I threw the pump away because we were ruining too many of the employee's shirts, and I purchased a different pump from the higher-end manufacturer, which works awesome, and the nozzle points straight down.

Unfortunately we bought two of these and 5 weeks after using our first one, it blew up. It kept making popping noises and then it blew up in our kitchen. The machine had issues from the start and we weren't sure what was going on. Now looking back, it was defective from the start. We plugged in our second one and started using it and it has worked with out an issue for a week now. Fingers crossed it continues to work. I am upset about the first one because it says its past my return date by a little over a week and I cant find a way to contact the seller. This product did not work from day one and I don't think its fair that I paid for a product that never was able to hold a bowl of warm cheese. This product was never operational form the start for my business and now I'm out the money on the object.. Very sad about this

Unfortunately we have been unable to get the pump to dispense our nacho cheese. We have tried everything we could find to try to correct the issue but to no avail. Dispenses water perfectly. Now I’m having to spend more $ to get an insert and lid and the outrageous shipping fees for us to even use it. I should have just spent the money somewhere else

Do not waste your money on this product. Our pump fell apart after just 1 month of use. Webstraunt sent us a replacement pump that was also defective. After finally replacing the entire item (pump and holder) it still does not work properly. You have to use your entire body weight to even dispense the smallest amount of hot fudge. Spend your money elsewhere.
